CHECK-IN POLICY
Check-In time: 14:00
Check-Out time: 12:00
Because of COVID-19 there will be a change to the times of
check-in at 15:00
check-out at 11:00
to facilitate efficient cleaning and sanitation of the rooms.
Early check-in: upon request and if possible
Late check-out: upon request and if possible with charges (50% of the room rate up to 18:00 and 100% of the room rate after 18:00)
RESERVATION POLICY
You can make a booking at our hotel either by phone, email, from our website or via various internet channels (i.e. booking.com, Expedia, etc.).
You will need your credit card details and a 30% deposit for the reservation guarantee that in case of cancellation will be returned to you if it is done in the permitted period (check CANCELLATION POLICY).
Before you place a deposit, we strongly advise that you read through the policies of our hotel.
PAYMENT POLICY
Full payment of your stay is required upon arrival (cash or credit card).
The hotel may request a credit card for the guarantee of your reservation.
Please note that credit card payments demand the presence and signature of the cardholder, as well as the same credit card that was used for the reservation.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise the credit cards before arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Low Season (20/5 – 30/6 and 1/9 – 30/9)
- If you cancel up to 7 days prior to arrival there will be no charges applied.
- If you cancel in the last 6 days prior to arrival, you will be charged with 30% of the total cost of the reservation.
- In case of no-show or departure prior to the arranged date, you will be charged with 100% of the total cost of the reservation.
High Season (1/7 – 31/8)
- If you cancel up to 21 days prior to arrival there will be no charges applied.
- If you cancel in the last 20 days prior to arrival, you will be charged with 30% of the total cost of the reservation.
- In case of no-show or departure prior to the arranged date, you will be charged with 100% of the total cost of the reservation.
TAXES AND OTHER CHARGES
VAT (GST), municipal taxes and hotel services are included in the price.
Only the overnight fee of 3€ per night per room is excluded (government tax imposed as of 2018).
CREDIT CARDS
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards before arrival.
CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS
Children up to 2 years of age stay free in baby cots.
Extra beds can be placed in the room if possible and upon request at an extra charge.

There is free parking at our facilities for cars, motorbikes, bicycles as well as holiday coaches.

There is free Wi-Fi in all areas of the hotel.

Pets are not allowed at our facilities.
